Introduction to Fitness / Reset Your Fitness
Perfect if you’re new to exercise, coming back after a break, or just want to build confidence in a supportive space. This class mixes teacher-led instruction with structured circuits and is designed to help you gradually progress into a full fitness routine.
With a focus on simple and effective movements, proper technique and building a solid foundation at your own pace.
Sarah is a qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in Women’s Health, including postnatal, prenatal, and menopause support, focusing on helping women to feel strong, confident, and empowered at every stage of life.
