Masham Flock Gallery
Since 2021 we have been welcoming a flock of talented artists, designers and makers to to show and sell their work.
Members of the Reeth-based, Fleece artists’ cooperative, gather to showcase their talents in the gallery space at Mashamshire Community Hub. The gallery, known as The Masham Flock has changing displays of artists work – from hand made cards to framed originals, jewellery to notebooks, glass decorations to pottery, scarves and textiles to candles and diffusers to enliven your senses! Pop in today – we challenge you to leave empty handed…
Our staff and volunteers will be on hand to shepherd shoppers around Masham Flock, while the artists cooperative organise all the artists and their changing displays.
Masham Themed Gifts & Cards
We stock many great Masham themed items – from calendars to Masham mugs. Call in if you’re in need of a Masham gift:

Sheepish Shopping
Of course Masham has long associations with sheep and sheep trading, but did you know that we have our own breed of long haired sheep? “The Masham” has long tightly curled fleece that is soft to touch – you’ll spot them at Masham Sheep Fair every year.
No surprise therefore, that we have a range of sheepish items to buy. From Sheep Fridge Magnets to Pencils and Notebooks, mugs .
Hand Turned Wooden Gifts
We are lucky to have volunteers who are not only dedicated to our work, but also extremely talented!
Among the range of gifts for sale, we have a selection of small but beautifully crafted wooden items all turned by one of our lovely volunteer. Items change all the time but include:
- Light pulls of various shapes, sizes and types of wood
- Candle and tealight holders
- Darning mushrooms
- Keyrings
- Seasonal Christmas decorations
100% of the price goes to support our work.
Walking Routes & Maps
You may live in Masham but the countryside on our doorstep and nearby, merits really exploring – you may well need a map!
We have a wide range of maps available…
- Local walking routes, starting in and around Masham – on various terrain and of varying lengths to suit all fitness levels. Single routes available to buy from from £1.00 – perfect if you only have a short amount of time.
- Sculpture Trails around Masham make for a lovely stroll. The Masham Leaves walk and the Masham Swift Walk – leaflets available.
- If you want to explore more walks, we have Walking Booklets of the the local area are also available from £4.o0 -£7.00
- “Around & About” Yellow Maps are aimed at walkers. They are pocket sized sections of OS 1:16,000 scale maps, laminated for showerproofing with some useful additional info on walking times – very handy and reasonably priced at £5.00
- For the chance to plot your own routes to adventure with our widest ranging maps, we have a selection of OS Maps for sale – £13.00.
