BBC One’s Sort Your Life Out is returning in 2026 and is looking for households across the UK where clutter has taken over daily life.
The show sees Stacey Solomon and her team help families declutter, reorganise, and transform their homes in just one week.
Has life made your home harder to manage? Do you feel your home needs to change but don’t know where to start?
They are looking for families and long-term shared households living in houses, flats and all kinds of other homes.
What is it?
For the upcoming series, they’d like to reach a wide range of households who feel they could do with a helping hand decluttering, where keeping on top of home life has become harder to manage over time.
For some, this might be linked to health, disability, caring responsibilities or hospital appointments, which can all make it harder to stay on top of things at home.
For others it might be due to work, family changes, bereavement, or just a busy period that’s snowballed. Through the programme, they plan to offer support and sensitively raise awareness of the different pressures people face.
Stacey and the team will offer hands-on help to declutter and reorganise the home, giving families a space that feels completely transformed. Previous families have described the experience as life-changing.
