The team at Mashamshire Community Office would like to say a huge thank you to Harrogate Theatre Choir for their recent donation of almost £300 in support of our services!
The funds were raised during a concert at Masham Town Hall on 29th June, as part of the choir’s HTC15 anniversary tour, celebrating 15 years of sharing musical theatre across Yorkshire.
Their return to Masham drew a large and enthusiastic audience, and featured a fabulous mix of musical theatre classics, including medleys from Evita and Les Misérables, plus songs from Chess and Moulin Rouge.

Andrew Forsyth, Chairman of the Choir, said: “We were absolutely thrilled to perform for such a wonderful audience. Despite the sweltering heat, their generosity and enthusiasm made the day truly memorable. Our 15th anniversary year has included raising funds for local charities that are meaningful to their communities and we were delighted to donate this sum to Mashamshire Community Office, a cornerstone of the community for over 20 years”.
Thank you to everyone who came along and donated – your support makes a real difference.
