Friends of Masham School and the Swinton Estate present……The Magical Autumn Trail

Looking for budget friendly activities this half term, in the most magical setting? Swinton Bivouac, located
on the Swinton Estate, has partnered with its local primary, Masham Church of England School, to bring a
Magical Autumn Trail to the forest.

With wonderful characters created by local artist Sori Abbot, the trail comes to life with a story to capture
little one’s imaginations. Friends of Masham School Charity (FOMS) have been scurrying behind the
scenes to help bring the trail to life. The school children have named the characters, tested the route and
painted props to bring the magic to life!

Set at Swinton Bivouac, as part of the wider Swinton Estate, the trail takes you on a mysterious journey,
helping Harry the hedgehog get ready to hibernate and find friend Holly Hedgehog, whilst taking in the
outstanding Druids Temple & Sycamore Trail on the route.

Not only will adults be happy to get outside this half term and keep the kids entertained – with all trail
purchases there is also free entry to a raffle to WIN Afternoon Tea for Two on the Swinton Estate.
For just £5 per child, all children receive a prize once you return to the Bivouac Café where you can treat
little ones with hot chocolates, and a well-earned rest whilst you reflect on the fun you’ve had.
