Masham Market Square and venues round town
The famous annual Masham Sheep Fair takes on place last weekend in September in Masham Market Place and locations around the town.
Sheep breeds of all shapes and sizes on one of the finest Market Squares in England, raising money for charity by filling the town with sheepy fun and entertainment all weekend. An action packed programme on both Saturday and Sunday as well as the Old Time Children’s Fair.
The event is run by volunteers who contribute hours of time and energy to raise funds for local charities including Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Entry to the weekend is FREE, but parking charges and donations raised are the main way that invaluable funds are raised and the time and efforts of our volunteers are worthwhile. Please park in the authorised carpark to enable us to continue to successfully raise vital funds.
