Our charity is run by a small team of paid staff, a large number of unpaid volunteers and led by a board of unaid Trustees. Any specific vacancies will be advertised below.

New Trustees Needed to Help us Grow
Mashamshire Community Office is a small but growing voluntary organisation, always ambitious to help meet the needs of its community. We are a registered charity operated as a company limited by guarantee. We have a board of directors who are also Trustees of the charity.
Join our Board of Trustees
We are particularly keen to recruit members of the local community in and around Mashamshire who have any of the following areas of experience and expertise:
- Knowledge of the health, community or care sector
- Expertise in charity fundraising or funding bid writing
- Expertise/passion for youth work and services for younger people
- Experience of older people support initiatives
- Knowledge of community transport
The Board is responsible for setting the strategy and policies of Mashamshire Community Office and guides and supports the Manager and her staff. Board meetings are held every two months in Masham (usually on a Thursday 5.30pm-7.30pm).
