Access to Citizens Advice

Citizens Advice have a monthly book in session at Mashamshire Community Office

Citizens Advice are an independent impartial Charity offering free and confidential advice on a range of issues. They now provide virtual appointments with specially trained Citizens Advice staff at MCO on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

Whoever you are and whatever your problem, Citizens Advice can provide the knowledge and confidence needed to find a way forward. Whether you need to understand what financial support is available if you’ve had a change in your circumstances, or you need advice about debt, housing, employment rights or your family situation, Citizens Advice can provide support through several channels. Book a Virtual Appointment at Mashamshire Community Hub

From 12th August, Citizens Advice appointments at Masham Community Office (MCO) will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, instead of the previous 1st Thursday slot.

Sessions will be delivered virtually and advance booking is required. Please contact us via email:  info@visitmasham.com or call 01765 680200 to make an appointment.

Citizens Advice also has local offices in Northallerton, Harrogate or Richmond.  In addition they run outreach and mobile support in other locations. See their website or call for details.
