The Masham Community Hub operates as a “Customer Access Point” for North Yorkshire Council. In addition to stocking Council leaflets, we can also advise and signpost you to the people and services you need.
If we don’t know the answer, we’ll escalate issues on your behalf and aim to resolve your query. So if you are unsure of what service to call on? Call in, we’re happy to help!

- Help with online applications for Senior Bus Passes.
- General enquiries regarding roads, bus transport, paying Council Tax bills etc.

- We stock replacement or extra recycling bags and boxes.
- We stock trade waste sacks.
- We sell Radar Keys for access to disabled toilets if you are eligible.
- If you have problems with things like recycling services, arranging garden waste subscriptions, filling in online Council forms – we can help you.
- North Yorkshire Library Service resources are available in our volunteer run Community Library.
