Access to Citizens Advice
Citizens Advice are an independent impartial Charity offering free and confidential advice either online, over the phone or in person. We are lucky to be able to offer in person appointments with trained advisors at Mashamshire Community Hub.
Whoever you are and whatever your problem, Citizens Advice can provide the knowledge and confidence needed to find a way forward. Whether you need to understand what financial support is available if you’ve had a change in your circumstances, or you need advice about debt, housing, employment rights or your family situation, Citizens Advice can provide support through several channels. Book an In Person Appointment at Mashamshire Community Hub
Citizens Advice trained advisors undertake pre-booked face to face appointments with us on the first Thursday of the month between 10am-12pm.
The appointment takes place in private and all advice is confidential. This local service is convenient as long as your problem is not urgent as the sessions are monthly. Call us on 01765 680200 to book a local in person session with the advisor.
Citizens advice has local offices in Northallerton, Harrogate or Richmond. In addition they run outreach and mobile support in other locations. See their website or call for details.
